Depending on the country, tariffs and customs charges may be applied. These are costs that we do not cover and will be due to your local post office before you can receive your package. To learn more, call your local post office.
If the package is returned to us because of a bad address or because the package was unclaimed, we can resend it to your confirmed correct address for a $7 reshipment fee for US orders, or $15 for International.
Note: In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery
estimates for FREE Prime Two-Day shipments to destinations that don't have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.
1) Do you ship to my Country?

2) How long will it take for my package to be delivered once shipped?
Once your order is placed online, there will be an in house processing time, usually 2-4 business days but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-14 business days before your order is shipped.
US Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order is shipped, First class mail in the U.S. should take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered and Priority mail should take 2-3 business days in the U.S.
International Shipping Time Estimates
Once shipped, International packages can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive
ITEMS IS HANDMADE. AFTER 60 DAYS IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WE WILL REFUND 100% AND GIVE YOUR PRODUCTS.
3) How do customs fees apply to International packages?
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies. Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
4) How do I report a missing or lost package?
Manashirt Shop will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at Manashirt Support Team: contact.manashirt@gmail.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.
5) Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
6) Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
