Manashirt Shop specializes in custom shirts and apparel. We do not mass produce. Each tee, hoodie, or accessory is one of a kind. And that takes time to create for you, so please give us a bit of time.
   And even though we do our very best to communicate, there may be some questions that you have. And we don’t want those to remain unanswered.

Q: What Countries Do You Ship To?

A: Manashirt Shop ships to the following countries: US, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom...etc

Q: Is there a local shop where I can check your merchandise in person?

A: At the moment, we don’t have any physical shops in any country. We’re a fully functional online shop. Orders are placed directly on our website.

Q: How Do I Pay For My Order?

A: Thank you for choosing us and your interest in our products. If you are confused about how to place your order or you have difficulties navigating on our page, please follow the steps below:

On the Home page "manashirt"

1) Select the category (animal) of your liking,
2) Click the product you would like to purchase,
3) Select the desired colour and size, then click ‘ Add To Cart’,
4) Click the ‘My cart’ button, apply the discount code if you have one, then click ‘Check out’.
5) Fill in the requested information, press ‘Continue to shipping method’, select Free worldwide shipping (Over $150 USD), press ‘Continue to payment method’, select your preferred one and click ‘complete order’,
6) Please be attentive when filling your email address, we will send your order confirmation and tracking number there later.
7) You have placed  your order successfully :)

You can pay through Paypal, or our Payment Gateway. Both accept credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and are both SSL Secured. Your information is safe and protected in several ways.

Q: Can I pay cash/What is the method of payment?

  1. Paying with Paypal:

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). "ifheartanimals.com" doesn’t receive your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

  1. Paying with credit cards:

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Checkout" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information.

Unfortunately, cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted for security reasons. All payment information is confidential and secure.

Q: Why Does It Say “Address Not Found” When I Try To Make An Order?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain either tracking information or a U.S. Customs number. UPS domestic usually takes 7-10 business days. USPS International can take 2-4 weeks.

   We use the UPS Mail Innovations to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them UPS.com. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. You can also go to USPS.com for more information about “finding zip codes”. If you are in another country, it will be a similar process with your country’s postal service. We ship USPS and FedEx, DHL Express.

Q: Why does the shipping begin several days after I have placed my order?

A: After we receive your order, we conduct control checks in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3~7 days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.


Q: How Do I Order More Then One Shirt?
A:
 If you’re ordering the exact same shirt and same size, just change the quantity from “1” to the number you want.
When you are looking to order different products, click on “BUY IT NOW”. Then click “Continue Shopping”. Select the next product, and “BUY IT NOW”. When you’ve repeated the steps, as many times as you need, then “View Cart” to complete your order.

Q: Do I have to pay any extra charges?

A: In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

Please mind the following:

  1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;
  2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;
  3. When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.


Q: There’s An Error On My Shirt, I Goofed, How Can I Get It Fixed?
A: 
You’re human too! We go above and beyond by offering you a replacement shirt and 30% off your next shirt. We don’t know of any other store offering that. Keep your shirt, and contact us at contact.manashirt@gmail.com. Please be prepared to show us the error.

Q: I made mistake in my order, can I change it?

A: Please always double check if you have placed your order correctly. Please alert us about any modification requests maximally 24 hours after you have placed your order (e.g. before the shipping starts). We cannot change anything in your order after it has been shipped.

Q: I mistyped my shipping address, what can I do?

A: Please note that we cannot make edits to the shipping address after the shipping had begun. Please alert us about any modification requests maximally 24 hours after you have placed your order.  

Q: Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

A: For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

Q: Is it possible to pay in other currency than US dollars?

A: Currently we only support payments in USD.

Q: Why split an order into several orders?

A: Here are some reasons:

- The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box.

- Some products in the order are backordered

- Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st time quality 
 checking, and on it’s 2nd time quality checking.

- Some items are out of stock temporarily.

Q: I just checked my order’s tracking but it doesn’t shows my order. What happened?

A: The reason your tracking number does not show the exact location of the parcel is because the given carrier does not provide real time tracking of the shipment.

Q: There’s An Error On My Shirt, How Do We Fix It When It’s Your Fault?
A: You mean, that 1 in a million time? We are truly sorry, and I guess you see there are humans here, not just machines. Please email contact.manashirt@gmail.com and we will get it right. Most of the time, we ask for a picture of the error to verify the claim and so we can call to correct it.

Q: Can I Get A Refund?
A: Your order is most likely custom. It’s one of a kind and created just for you. Please contact us at contact.manashirt@gmail.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Once it’s printed, we can’t return it to our stock, so it is of no value to anyone else.

   If it is determined a refund is warranted, it will be processed for the price you paid, minus any fees, which may include shipping. It typically takes 2-4 business days to process, once issued. 

   If you’re rather make an exchange, we are able to give you 20% off your next order, but are unable to give an exchange for the full amount for any custom items.

Q: How Do I Know The Right Size Shirt To Get?
A: Some customers have said our shirts run a little on the smaller size. The best way to determine what the right size is to order is by measuring a shirt that you lay out flat. Measure across the chest, and down the sleeve. You should be able to find a shirt size that is close to what you have. Check our “Size Chart” on the site.

Q: Why Is There A Faint Line Around The Design of My Shirt?
A: Please give it a wash. Some shirts are pre-treated during the printing process and the line should disappear after the first wash. If it doesn’t, contact us at contact.manashirt@gmail.com

Q: Why Did I Only Receive One Shirt, I Ordered More?
A: Take a deep breath. If you’ve ordered two completely different designs, one may be completed before the other, and shipped out sooner, to give you the fastest service. Don’t worry. They will all get there.

Q: When Should I Expect My Order?
A: It’s custom. Because we don’t mass produce, it takes time to prepare and print. We do our best to get your item(s) to you ASAP, without compromising quality.

US Shipping Time Estimates:
Custom Items: From ordered to your door 2-4 weeks.
Non-Custom Items: 5-8 days.

International Shipping Time Estimates
Custom Items: 3-4 weeks
Other Items: 2-4 weeks
